In the Philippines, these blooms are called "ROSAL" as they resemble a rose but the fragrance is very pleasurable to the senses, especially when it is sunny and then it rains. It is very beautiful to make a fence around your house. Its beauty captivates the onlookers when it blooms at the same time.
