From COVID until late last year I have worked 100% from home in that time I got raises, promotions and even a higher reclassification. I have never been as productive as I have been working 100% from home.

Now we are 50% hybrid and it sucks, productivity took a giant nosedive we are unable to deploy into production some weeks due to the return to the office...

And my dress code when working from home? Underwear + Comfortable Shorts with a zipper pocket for my phone. This gives me freedom of movement and maximum productivity.
