There should be camera's on the workers so something can be proved. I know camera's seem over done these days and in some ways they are, but when there is an ongoing problem, then it is warranted.
One time, I ordered a piece of art. At some point it arrived and I thought the box seemed light. When I opened the sealed box, there was nothing in it. Sealed! A post-office shipping box at that! So I called my local post office and since we are a pretty small city, the person that answered the phone knew what I was talking about and said it was open and empty when it got to that location. I said "so you sealed it back up and just delivered it?... knowing it was empty?? .... and of course they said they did. What ?? LOL!!! I also contacted the artist to let them know what had happened and what the post office said and they refunded me immediately (which wasn't fair to them). Anyway, turns out it was really innocent. About a week later I received a new post office box and the art and all the paperwork that was sent with it showed up by surprise. Fortunately the artist had not only sent a certificate of authenticity, there was copies of the order and who it was sent too and all of that, so when it was found lose in a bin, they could tell exactly where it should have gone and fortunately, the art was undamaged. I contacted the artist again and re-paid.
It's a shame that there are so many dishonest people along the way. Makes one suspicious of everything.
