Here the law says you don't pay taxes for selling second hand things, but it all comes down to Vinted, to filter out those that are selling new items. No one has bothered me for taxes, but who knows...
that sounds reasonable, in the Uk selling stuff is seen as "taxable income", but it is up to the individual to declare it.
