Sleep and walking is something I need to do more of. Well, actually I get enough sleep. It is just not quality sleep. It is usually in spurts. Like 2-3 hours here and 2-3 hours there. Can never sleep 6-8 hours straight through. Haven't done that in a long time. Walking is just a matter of me getting off my lazy duff and down to my basement on the walking pad and doing it.

The heat is a major player and you can give yourself some grace with regard to its impact.

2-3 hours here and there is actually very bad. Your body can't recharge and your organs can't rest. You need to find a way to change that as you know where it leads. I remember you said you're having problems to function after noon, this could be one of the reasons.

I hope you find a way as I know how painful it is to struggle.
