It took me a year of daily struggle to finally have some relief in the urge to smoke after eating, by the third year you couldn't pay me to smoke another.
It's worth the effort, imo.

        That has been a big change for me too. I've only felt a few moments where I felt a strong urge to smoke, and it was all after going to eat at a restaurant.
