September kicks off with an interesting initiative that prompts us to reflect on times when sedentary lifestyles are multiplying, deteriorating the quality of life in our societies.
What is my favorite form of exercise?
Well, for many years, it has always been sports like baseball, soccer, and basketball. These sports, due to their anaerobic nature, contribute to having fun while exercising.
Another practice I have always embraced is Tai Chi Chuan, a martial art with an inexhaustible wealth of positive resources for health that is still underestimated in the Western world.
Congratulating the previous winners, I bid farewell for now with a big hug of light to everyone!
