YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK

Each day comes with its challenges and battles to face but your 'thinking' about these challenges determine if you will overcome them or give into its demands. Everyone has an inner strength that could push him or her into being the best even when everything around seems discouraging.

Most times, what you think about your self is not what really is about you but if only if you can just look deep. Your thoughts have the ability to either strengthen or weaken you.

Life is not easy, and we often find ourselves in situations that rather than finding the strength to fight, we succumb.

Strength does not come overnight in fact it comes and goes. It is all about those cold, painful, raw experiences that you sometimes wish you could erase from your mind but without those dreadful memories and failures there is no room for growth and the understanding of what it means to have strength.

Strength is knowing what suffering is and LEARNING to RISE above it. It is getting KNOCKED down repeatedly with no idea on how to get back on your feet but somehow believing in yourself and knowing that you are not afraid to face the situation.
Strength is TELLING yourself that you are BRAVE and STRONG enough to overcome challenges because YOU CAN!

Strength is about being a fighter, having hope where there is none, finding beauty in every little perfect and imperfect aspect of your life, never slowing down despite all odds, doing it on your own Even when there is none to help.

If you think yourself brave then you are, if you think yourself weak then you are, if you think yourself capable then you are...

In summary dear one, you cannot measure your inner strength from your gender nor educational background or any kind of status. The measure of your strength is hinged on the POWER of how STRONG you THINK you are.
