I think the government needs to change the school system. Maybe five theory and five practicals that will consist of blue collar job. Thinking of it, it's not people fault, I think that is how we are raised even in secondary school their is this song we always sing that I want to be a lawyer , I want to be a doctor we only always mention white collar job but not blue collar jobs even if you asked nursery school students what do you want to become they will shout doctor , lawyer , nurse because that is what they are taught.
