So true, people now see white collar jobs as the only means/path to success. And that is exactly what a whole lot of youth kept chasing while forgetting and ignoring the that there are lot's of opportunities in this blue collar jobs as well.

        Yes, that's the mistake. There's a lot of opportunities in the blue-collar jobs that are ignored. Much more that some are better than some of the white-collar jobs.
