Many people always think its only about the outward appearance, but it's not. Modesty can be view in so many ways. From the way we speak, act, carry ourselve. The first form of modesty a person can see and get from another person starts with the way the person is dresssed, that's why it is said that "The way we are dressed is the same way we would be addressed"
