What a lovely post <3 t is often said that friends come and go, and while this is true for some, others stick by us when the storms get really rough. I consider my closest friends my family. I was basically adopted by my best friend and her sister and lived with them for many years. Although we are not related by blood, I consider their home my "childhood" home and they are as close to family as you can possibly get. Absolutely. Like all relationships that matter, platonic or romantic, a friendship may experience rocky times but shared love, affection, humility and values get you through.
