Like they say where I'm from, advice dey sweet for mouth when you are not the one affected lol. The case with your friend is a very understandable one because he didn't have the capacity to repay the kindness. Personally when it comes to doing things for people, I try not to expect anything in return because not many can pay us back how we want. The satisfaction of being able to help at that particular point is enough for me.
