Supervisor is still managing the unit, my friend has since resigned. That is the nonsense that plays out in organizations. Employees especially the ones lesser in rank are always the scapegoat.
Really sad my dear, one has to be very diplomatic and calculative while working with these people. Know when to draw the line and quit otherwise you'd be chilling in prison.
