Hello everyone, very good morning. I hope you are having a very nice Sunday in some natural place of this beautiful planet. I have always told you that I am part of a group of Functional Training, which goes beyond physical exercise, as it fills our lives with wellness, health, and wonderful moments. Its name is Vida Vzla, and as the title indicates, our coaches fill our lives with exercises, yoga, good nutrition, fun times, sports competitions, guidance to channel many life situations, walks, contact with nature, and let's stop counting. They are two trainers; one of them is my daughter, and the other is Prof. Mariam Trias, who is also a rescuer and protectionist of animals in street situations. We have many things in common, and above all, a beautiful friendship.
These beautiful coaches organized a 100% natural excursion for us this Easter, which I could not attend because as I said before, I stayed at home taking care of my kitten in special condition that was recently sterilized. But I'll be honest, I traveled with them from the beginning to the return of that excursion, since through our WhatsApp space, all those who attended, were sharing with the rest of the group that did not attend, their moments on the trajectory, their adventures, what their eyes and the lens of their cameras could capture. Each photo and each video was more exciting than the previous ones, they made us laugh, and also moved us with so much beauty transmitted in each image shared.
There are so many, it is a digital album that deserves to be saved, and today I want to share with you some images of that place, with the full permission of them, the only owners of the images that you are going to see in this post. The site is called “Cascada los 7 pisos”, and is located in the same state where we live, Anzoátegui, specifically in the city of Guanta, 2 hours from my city, El Tigre. The ride from here was in a rented bus since it was a more or less large group, and upon arriving at the site, the entire journey was on foot, so it was a wonderful hiking experience. The journey from the starting point, La Caraqueña sector in Guanta, to reach the waterfalls, is about half an hour, but perhaps it took a little longer as the hikers stopped to take pictures and rest a little. Of course, the route was guided by people knowledgeable about the area. Here at the end I leave you a link with more information about this place, which I know you will love. At every step they encountered a very thick vegetation, typical of rainforests, a very particular fauna, and each floor was adorned with a river and a beautiful waterfall. Our friends visited all 7 floors and enjoyed every waterfall and every stream, because they could not miss every second of that natural experience, and even local dogs were part of the guided tour, something that I know the protectionists in my group must have loved. They all expressed that they wanted to stay there, since there were some houses nearby and they knew that living in such a place was the best therapy we could have.I hope to be able to go on the next planned excursion, because I fell in love with that place, and loved even more the natural wonders of my country, and of my state.
I hope you liked this walk, and that those who live here near Anzoátegui, give yourself this gift from mother nature. Thank you all for visiting my blog, have a nice Sunday.
