Taking care of oneself is one of the most beautiful thing on e can do. Self care is not just regular bath, self care is caring for oneself, physically, mentally, psychologically intellectually, socially, among others. Few of the ways one can achieve a healthy lifestyle I will list below:
Regular Exercising: On a daily one has to find the time to do a daily routine of exercise.

So many people mistake walking during work or running during work as workout. I can categorically tell you that it is not, because obligation is different from exercise. Exercise is what you do happily with joy. Exercise connect the body and soul and also balance a healthy lifestyle.

Cold Bath: Cold bath is a very good thing, I learnt this from my father. Morning cold bath is the best way to begin the day. Bathing with water that is unaltered is good for the body. When you boil water, you already alter the true nature of its existence

Bathing cold water is not necessarily using ice, it is just the real nature of water at room temperature, and it can also be just water unaltered.
Feed your Soul: You have to feed your soul as you feed your body. Ways one can feed the soul is read good books, as well as meditate. Have a quiet

Eat Healthily: When you want to eat eat your food like your medicine so that you will not eat your medicine as your food. No matter the content of the food you consume, small or large eat healthy food.
