One night I was having a chat with a lady where I went to power my phone due to power failure in my area so while we were talking I get to introduce hive to her and she was pretty excited about it cuz according to her she does not really spend time on web2 that much in fact she told me she is not a social media person that much so I introduce the blockchain to her and I tell her okay there's a place where you can create content of all format and EARN, what really got to to start talking was our conversation tilted towards blochain-based, so that means she had a handful knowledge of what a web3 is to some extent, cause there are basics info I looked at for when I'm kind of conversing with someone about blockchain, she got excited I was like okay?, so I was happy about it and so exchange contact and I promise to reach out to her, later on after that I created an account for her introduced the entire process of content creation the rules the regulation the ease and everything to her and I kinda follow her up for few weeks and to see how performance but after that I kept on chicking up on her and at first she was making a good post but later on, didn't show up again, when i enquire she told me it's work and some other things are really taking her time and so it's kind of off right now.
One thing I noticed from that was that when you kind of like introduce people to hive and get to talk about it they all get excited and they are happy about it, I mean they have a place where they can monetize their content and they want to write something amazing about it, it's beautiful at first time is beautiful so they just want to get money, I understand something that along the line this people began to kind of lose interest.
How can we bring people on board and Groom them mentor them for a period of time and let them run with it so um I think somewhere last year Leo finance we're able to partner with zilly campaign to onboard thousands of people to the system, This process run for months and really right now I don't know where it is, so that was a plan or proposition, a strategy push hive more to the people
I have also try to on Board some people creating account for them at first after excessive description of hive they get excited about Hive and join but the zeal to stay out dies down all of a sudden, so in this post I'm simply going to highlight some of the major root cause to these and how it can be handled
Making hive go viral is one of my main Project something I'm working on in the nearest future cause I see that a lot of opportunities here and ignorance in this jet age is not an excuse.
STAYING ONBOARDED: Let Everything inspire you.
Yeah I understand personally that writing is a hobby and so it's easy for me to flow and here is where I also find some people wanting I see a lot of people who do not have a thing for writing or Reading Yet are interested in the platform so that's why it easy for them to fall off, being used to web2 short form content creation for instance hive is a platform where you can publish long form quality content, so some of these people do not really have that drive for writing or creating long form content and so this is where it all fall off
But however if you are a newbie or having a newbie around you, you can reblog this post or you can get an idea whatsoever to reach out to them number one let everything inspire you, at first when I on boarded high I had to look up for every and anything I could write on anything became an is source of inspiration to me taking real pictures being involved in the process getting inspired by Everything both on hive and off hive, I look up to everything and creating content reaching out to people, I consider myself a free writer basically write about any and everything I don't niche down on a particular area, meanwhile there are other people here on hive who have created a niche for themselves, say about finance say about business, say about relationships, say about personal wellbeing or anything, you are good at so so one of the ways of staying on boarded on hive is to open your self-up to every and anything, draw inspiration from this things everything around you should tell a story, they're there wanting you to write something about them

Being creative with your writing and your images is the best way to stay on boarded and creating quality content what ever inspires you comes in a raw form it's up to you to recreate the environment, the image creates an idea in your mind and you use that to create a good enough content tell a story, narrate a process, spice upYour writing in such a way That it reflect the true essence of what you are right now about Stay Focus on the message use the right words in the right context to capture the Minds of your reader, see yourself that you are writingTo a larger audience of mixed people so what so ever you are creating a content on, peple should be able to relate with, understand, great choices of words, Good paragraphing And images that lead to your story.

A lot of people still do not understand what hive is all about which is one of the very reasons why I'm going to build this project and see that it goes viral, hive is a train on the move so you better hoping and secure a seat, most of the things people are living off today begin has a thing of interest, growing, building, engaging, contributing and today they are selling of that experience so hive is the best thing anyone should be part of.
