Hello friends
- What Is gratitude in your own opinion?

Gratitude is the state of feeling thankful to another person. Gratitude means a lot to me. In other terms, gratitude is a show of thanks for someone who has done something nice in your life.
If someone helps you or offers you something important for free, or if you are in need, you will be thankful to that person for what he or she has done for you, which is known as gratitude. Gratitude is synonymous with appreciation, thanks, and gratefulness.
(2) Why Does Gratitude Matter?
Gratitude is important since it shows you are responsible or not ungrateful. Also, appreciation motivates the person who has helped you to do even more good for you.
Gratitude is an important part of our life when it comes to giving and receiving presents, and I believe it is a strong word for gaining someone's heart.
(3) How often do you show Gratitude? (give instances)
I express thankfulness as often as I can. However, I express thanks if someone gives me a present or supports me in doing something I am unable to do or achieve on my own.
For example, on the day I went to correct my NIN after being there for more than three days, I was fortunate to be assisted by one of the office staff who felt sorry for me and assisted me in correcting my NIN even though it wasn't yet my turn based on the queue that was forming.
(4) How Can You Develop a Habit of Gratitude, and How Do You Teach It to Young People?
I believe I can cultivate a habit of thankfulness by recognizing even the smallest gifts from others, which I can pass on to my children by teaching them to always thank everyone who assists them.
I may also instill thankfulness in the young ones by encouraging them to appreciate the efforts of others, particularly those who help them.
