Anger: The capacity of destruction

Anger.

You may wanna say that the letters are quite small; you can even call it just, yeah, I totally agree with you.
But surprisingly, the capacity for destruction, separation, and more can be sorted out right inside there.

I vividly understand and agree that It's normal to feel angry sometimes, but then I consider it's best to choose peace by diving into the ocean of silence through the corridor of wisdom.

Again, you're not supposed to get angry at others on the account that they're not behaving the same way you wanted. Don't forget in a hurry that it's your responsibility to take care of yourself.

Just like there's a way out of everything, anger shouldn't be excluded. And one of the ways I'll give a thought about is empathy. Since anger is known to be stored in the heart ❤️, you should become empathetic and kind enough towards yourself first.

As it's noted what you don't have, you can't give out. Similar to love, which is best reciprocated from within, you should love yourself first so you can share and even talk about it effortlessly.

Whenever one feels angry at anyone, it's assumed that taking a minute before saying a word, closing your eyes, or taking a deep breath could be of help.

Let go of your need to be powerful or superior. Let go of the need to control everything because the longer you hold on to things, the more it will hurt, and that will definitely result in anger.

Emotions are real, don't ignore yours. Focus on what could change your mood each time there's a mood swing, or probably when you're feeling offended. You shouldn't be caught throwing up your garbage at others.

Since happiness is a choice, it will be imperative that you try to always look at yourself with the eyes of love and hugs, kindness and empathy, just like you would be looking at a cute child who needs your attention.

Angry moments are full of sudden surprises; they bring about seasons of regret, set in distractions.
Just as I told some friends a few days ago, a distracted man is a focused man in the wrong direction.

Don't always go the extra, there's how to talk and behave even in the school of anger. Let's choose peace time over anger.

Angry people are hungry people and they can't read and write.
