It is very wrong to conclude that those who refused to flaunt or show off their wealth and achievement on social media are not living a good life. Not everyone wants to be a flaunter, it is does not pay and also risky for those rich ones who have lots of haters.
Some of those lifestyle you see people showing on social media are not new to some. The expensive clothes, the new cars, mansion, latest phone and the first class travelling are no longer new to some.
Because they do not post their relationship or wedding photos does not mean that they are single or lonely. They only don't want to show off their private life so that relationship hunters and haters will not see them. While you feel writing about that your break up on social media is ok, you will be shocked to receive their invite to their wedding. And the most surprising part is you will not even know who they are dating, but yours you have mentioned and listed all the people you have dated and the whole world now know who they are and their names.
Because social media is free does not mean you should expose everything concerning your life for free. Learn to differentiate your private life from your public life, be careful of what you expose online because the internet does not forgive.
There are people who know how to swallow their pride, why there are many who their thinking is very shallow because of pride.
