I do legit have Adhd and no, you are ret a diet cant "fix" it, but it can do a lot to help me "catch" some of the misfirings/impulsive behavior.
I found the less sugar I consume the better :D
But my sleep is shit. This is my sleep from yesterday to today via Oura.
On meds.
This is my sleep last week same day and up the same time only difference is that I am not on meds last week x)
- I also take Melatonin & Magnesium xD
