My strategy for Hive is the same as my strategy in the stock market, I just have more value in the stock market.
But I am focused on a dividend paying stock portefoile.
I have 4 different ETF, which my account automatically invests $300 in on a monthly basics and have been doing that amount for at least 2 years. It was less before that.
The ETF's I have:
Sparindex INDEX Dj BinClWlrd KL
Sparindex INDEX Emerging Markets KL
Sparindex INDEX OMX C25 KL
Maj Invest UCITS ETR Defence&Cybersec.
The 3 Sparindex pays out an annual dividends in February and I have kinda high hopes for the coming February ^^
The Maj Invest ETF is a compounding ETF, so no dividends. But it came out an year or so after Putin invaded Ukraine and when European countries talked about investing more into the military.
So it have been quite good and profitable for me to have that, but its also not weighted that much in terms of %.
I also have 17 different single stocks. 16 of them pays a dividend randomly throughout the year which automatically goes back into my ETF ^^
I only have 1 stock, which doesn't pay out a dividend and I bought it as a gambling stock and I am up currently 100% on it, but it was at 200% I was just too slow to sell it. So now I just wait, no stress from my side.
I expect my dividends for next year to be at least $150 more than what I got this year. Because of compounding & reinvestments.
This year I have gotten/will get:
4325kr which is $671

I will also start to be way more aggressive next year. We got something called "Fritvalgsordningen" in Denmark. Basically a automated savings account which can be paid out up to twice a year.
I get mine in January and all of that will be invested in to the stock market and I think I will get roughly 15k dkk which is $2329 usd after taxes.
I am very happy with the position I have created for myself. Not only in the stock market, but also in my life and my savings.
In 2 years time, I plan on buying a house.
So I am very much looking forward to that!
