Can be moved anywhere. It's around $25,000 and that's cooler than most apartments.

25k does sound cheap but when you convert to our currency it still a crazy price for a home 25,000 USD is 105,000 MYR in my currency we haven't count the price of land yet should be 200,000 MYR for the full price
Let's hope they can reduce it even more for normal working man.
