Purely a personal opinion, but I think if Trump wins it would be better for crypto, because the Republicans (or at least his wing of the movement) don't have the control freak tendencies we've seen from the Biden regime. The fact that they've crowned Harris as candidate without any kind of democratic process says it all !

Being left alone by the government so we can get on with our lives as we choose (provided we don't directly harm anyone) is always the better choice. We're not robot slaves, yet.....

But I really don't see Trump winning. The media are almost unanimously against him, and the establishment have done everything they can to take him out of the race, from multiple court cases to an assassination attempt. The electoral process in the US is pretty broken and open to abuse, but the biggest factor is money. No-one knows exactly how much has been given to Ukraine, but it's in the hundreds of billions of dollars. Most of it has actually stayed in the US and been passed to arms manufacturers. If we assume "10% for the big man" as kickbacks, that provides tens of billions that can be spent to buy the election outside of declared and allowed funding.
