It was very hot since this morning. It seemed like today was the hottest day of the year. The sun had started raining fire since the beginning of the morning. But a young man in my village had died suddenly. Last night, in the evening, a handsome young man from our village had died in an accident. This young man's funeral was at 8 am. But it was very hot and it was so hot that it was difficult to leave the house. But I had to go to the funeral because the young man was also my friend and we lived in the same city. Thus, the whole city was sad because the sudden death of the young man had saddened all the people of the area. This young, handsome young man who was the father of small children has now become orphans and the whole city was sad. I left home at 7 am but the heat was very intense. I reached the house of the deceased young man or when I reached there, there were a large number of people there and thus at 8 am the body was taken to the funeral home. We offered the funeral prayer and We prayed for forgiveness, then went to the cemetery and buried the young man. After the burial, we went back to the young man's house and offered our condolences to the relatives. Upon reaching there, we also recited Fateha.
After reciting Fateha, we sat there for some time, then I and my childhood friend Matiur Rehman both left for home, but I had to buy some bottles of powder, so I went to the shop and after going there I bought two bottles of heat powder because in summer, children's bodies get hot due to heat and heat rash also appears on it. When that powder is applied on the body of children, children feel cool. I bought a good company's powder and when we were returning, it was very hot and we were not leaving due to the heat. I told my friend that we should drink some cold drink to get rid of the heat, but my friend said that we should not drink drinks but eat cold Falooda with ice cream and since Falooda is cold, its effect is also cool and it goes into the stomach and creates coolness, so we canceled the drink program and went to the Falooda shop to eat Falooda. The shop is very famous for its Falooda and the most refreshing thing to eat in summer is Falooda. People of all ages, young and old, eat Falooda, so we ate Falooda again and the Falooda was very tasty.
Here I would also like to tell you that Falooda is the best-selling street food of the summer season. When the summer is at its peak and the sun is blazing, everyone wants to eat something cool. Thus, people of all ages, children and adults, eat Falooda with great enthusiasm because the effect of Falooda is cool and whenever Falooda enters the body, it creates a coolness in the body because the ingredients used in it create a coolness in the body and stomach.
The famous Falooda in my village is made by a baker near the Falooda Bhorvi Market. The Falooda made by him is delicious and tasty in every way because he maintains cleanliness in a very high manner. Due to this cleanliness, people like to go there and eat Falooda. There are many types of Falooda which are made in different ways.
The most important ingredients used to make Faluda are sugar, milk and oats, which are made from oats and rice flour. In addition, Ruh Afza Jam, Sheerin, Takh Malanga and more dry fruits are also added to it. But there are many types of Faluda and the price of each Faluda varies. The price of Faluda starts from 50 rupees and goes up to 300 rupees. If you eat a Faluda worth 50 rupees, then it is mixed with a soup of oats made of sugar and ice. This makes the Faluda delicious and cold. If you eat a Faluda worth 50 rupees, then ice cream, Ruh Afza Jam, Sheerin, Rice Flour, Ice and Kewra are added to it. Similarly, if you eat a Faluda worth 150 or 300 rupees, the difference is that the vessel in which Faluda is served, the cup, is large in size. The ingredients in the 300 rupees Falooda are the same, but the size of the kab is larger. Thus, if two or three people want to eat Falooda together in one cup, they can also buy the 300 rupees Falooda. In this way, the Falooda is very tasty and flavorful.
When we reached the shop to eat Falooda, the Falooda maker was opening the shop and preparing. We were his first customers who had arrived to eat Falooda and it was around nine o'clock. My friend and I were exhausted due to the heat and as soon as we entered the shop, a fan was running. We sat under the fan and after sitting down, we ordered two cups. Thus, when he asked us whether we wanted plain Falooda or ice cream Falooda, I told him that first of all, you have to wash the cups and spoons in which you are going to serve us Falooda. He told me that he had already washed the cups and spoons well because he takes good care of cleanliness himself. Thus, we ordered him ice cream Falooda and when he brought the ice cream Falooda, it was very delicious when we ate it. During this time, I took a selfie while eating Falooda in which you can see that I and My friend is eating Faluda with great pleasure. These are all the blessings of Allah Almighty that He has created for us humans. We should always be grateful to Allah.
Many shopkeepers also add dry fruits to make Falooda. The dry fruits that are added to Falooda include almonds, walnuts and pistachios. In addition, many shopkeepers also add sweets to Falooda, such as rasgale and barfi and other such items are also added to Falooda. But as the ingredients increase in Falooda, its price and quality also increase.
The famous types of Falooda that people in my village eat with great enthusiasm are: simple Falooda. In this simple Falooda, rice flour is made of rice flour and sugar syrup is added to it. In addition, there is a film with ice cream. All the ingredients of simple Falooda are added to it and additional flavoring and ice cream are added to it. In addition, there is a Falooda with ice cream made of dry fruits. In this, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, ice cream, rice flour, rice flour, jam, and other aromatic things are added to the dry fruits. Thus, the most expensive Falooda is the Falooda with dry fruits because a lot of ingredients are added to it.
Small children eat plain faluda and in this way plain faluda is also very tasty and the most commonly eaten faluda in our village is plain faluda in which a large amount of ice is added. When ice goes into the mouth in the summer season, it feels very cool and one wants as much ice as possible to be added to the faluda so that it is as cool as possible because when the heat was in the morning, it was so intense that the mercury was above 45 degrees.
So this was my journey today to find street food and then during this time we also attended a funeral at a place and went to the cemetery and buried it. When we returned from the cemetery, the street food we ate today in the scorching heat is called Falooda and I have informed you of the complete situation as to which Falooda is eaten in my city and village and how it is made. I know that this Falooda must be eaten in every corner of the world but its name will be different. In our village it is called Falooda and Falooda is not something very strange or unique, rather I think that it must be eaten and made in every village, city and country because ice cream is eaten all over the world. Similarly, people also use Sawai made from rice flour in different dishes and different recipes of rice needles are made. Similarly, Ruhafza which is a red-colored syrup which is most used in summers. Similarly, ice is an essential part of summers. Which is used to cool the water, thus the thing that is made by mixing all these things is called Falooda and when a person takes Falooda with a spoon and eats it, then when the different flavors mix, it creates a delicious taste. When a person is eating Falooda, there is also ice in the mouth, then there is also the taste of cold ice cream and the taste of rice flour. There is also the taste of Rooh Afza and thus the taste of dry fruit is also added. Thus, all these flavors together create a very unique test and flavor, which is very delicious and makes a person want to keep eating Falooda. One of the most used things in Falooda is Tukham Malanga, it is also black in color. When it is soaked in water, it becomes fluffy and this Tuk Malanga has the effect that whenever it goes into the stomach, it cools the stomach. Malanga, which is a red-colored, black-colored seed, is soaked in water and swells, and is widely used. So, this was my street food that I told you about today, which is called Falooda. I hope you liked my article today. I thank you all very much.
