This sounds familiar, I've seen this violence many times during my upbringing usually with alcohol involved. Thankfully, I've learnt better ways to deal with situations.

It appears the healthcare in your country needs changing-I'm shocked the first hospital turned your friend away.

        The health care over here is very bad, especially when its a government hospital...
        They could delay for hours and still reject the patient.
