What have you done to continuously improve as a person and why?

- Being in constant learning
Since medical school we were taught that being a doctor is based on constant learning, updating ourselves every day. And no, you never stop studying. Currently I have focused on the esthetic area, I decided to take training courses, not to stay only with what they teach me, but to go beyond.

- Stop worrying about what people will say
We live in a society in which we take too much importance to what people will say, I used to worry about this, but I understood that we do not owe anyone, the important thing is to do what makes us happy, that's what it's all about, right?

- Improve my habits
Maybe you have read the famous Best seller Atomic Habits by James Clear, I started reading it this year and the way it has changed all my beliefs is wonderful. It is not about creating a good habit to achieve a goal, because many times we get frustrated for not achieving it in the time we want, it is about changing our habits to become a person who can achieve what he/she proposes, the result will come by itself with the sum of all the positive changes we achieve every day.

We have a thousand and one ways to improve, it is not about changing our essence but to build our best version, one that is capable of achieving great things and that does not remain stagnant, but moves forward every day, overcoming every adversity.
Thank you very much for coming this far, I hope you have a great week! Greetings.🤗🍃
