wow nice introduction and you did more than one of the topics as well. Man I remember when I was in highschool, I thought of living in Japan as well but then it never happened. I still think Japan is great but I would be more of a visitor than a resident. Since you lived in Japan for a few decades, you must be pretty fluent in Japanese?

As for my Japanese, there's a big gap between what I understand and how much I can speak, but I can communicate just fine in everyday situations.
Oh yes, those pocky sticks are still popular in Japan too, especially on 11th November!
