I've been in a good mood since yesterday, I can't believe a YT views will give me this kind of happiness. It's not even my YT videos who got million views but my favorite group. Is this what's it like to stan an idol group? I really had no idea before coz I never went crazy like this with the other groups that I came to like before. This group is different and I feel like they all deserve what's they're getting right now, especially my attention - even though I'm not that important. Haha. If you're curioud what videos i'm talking here, you can just click this and this.

So yeah, my Sunday had a good start. How about you? I hope everyone here is having a good Sunday time. └|∵|┐♪

After having our breakfast this morning, I went to the market again to buy some things including an ingredients for our Lunch. We pass by to this ongoing construction near the Tiangge-an. We also check some shops in here to look for Abaniko hand fan because Mama need it but we couldn't find anything there. Mama said she will just check some in Pinamalayan. We're going to Pina this 25, for my follow check up.

When I go to the Market with Mama, my plan is to just buy onions, garlic and tomatoes. But then we saw a fresh Tamban in the wet market and it's actually been a long time since we last had it. So, I bought 1/4 of it just to satiate our cravings. Seeing the fresh tomatoes made me imagine the fried tamban with it. I'm surely sure that I'll eat a lot with it. I'm not sure if my oldies will like it, but they also love this fish, it's just that, we don't eat it that often. Mommy F loves eating this fish with boiled banana.

So we went back home and show it to the oldies. And they love it, and so after cleaning it, I fried all of it. You can imagine how crunchy it is, it's the best!

I also soaked 4 tomatoes in a water with salt. After frying all the fish I prepared the tomatoes. I forgot to show it, but Mommy F added Ginger and Onions on their tomatoes and they sprinkled it with salt.

I already mention this before but I love my tomatoes green and not the ripe one. So I prepared a separate tomatoes for myself and put it directly into my plate. We finish our lunch in a heartbeat. Mommy D is so proud that she ate a lot and even geg another servings of rice, haha. As for me, I was able to control my rice because I have tomatoes. I feel so full after one small serving of rice. We had a nice lunch today.

In the afternoon, we prepared a snack made of Banana. We had overripe banana so we made a crunchy banana fritters. But instead of wheat flour, we used glutinous flour on our version. You see, using that can give us a much crunchy banana fritters. Yum, yum!

Ahh, here's a bonus photos, let me share a photos of the newborn babies of our cat Wiswis. Yep, she gave birth last March 14. We have two white and one black. They don't have a name yet of course. They are a cute, seriously └|∵|┐♪.

Both, the pictures with the fried fish, tomatoes and rice and the bana snacks look so yummy and appetizing! I feel hungry now!! 😋

Hehe, you should try making them too.

Sure! :)

That fresh tamban seems familiar to me and something I used to eat. They have this strong smell 😄 BTW, do you know what kind of sauce they serve with kwek kwek? I plan on making tomorrow but I am not quite sure with the sauce.

Oh yes, seriously, their smell is really strong that some of our cat really loves it. That's one of their favorite fish, lol. As for the sauce, I haven't tried making a sauce for it but I'm surely sure you van find it on YT, a tutorial how to make it. They habe sweet sauce version, but to be honest I prefer the sour one which used vinegar. You can also look for that on YT. Try to search manong sauce for kwek kwek, hehe. Will you also share procrss of making your kwek kwek and the sauce here? ✨🤩🤩

I just made kwek kwek, it's so yummy 😄I'll be sharing the how to soon.

Is there a reason why it's called Manong sauce?

Now, I’m craving tamban. Hehe. It also tastes good when you eat it raw and soak it with vinegar and a lot of spices.

Ehhhh, raw? Parang kaya ko sa dilis ang ganyan but not with tamban. Never really tried that, pero I saw some na gumagawa, kinilaw ano? Sarap na sarap manginginom ipulutan yaan eh 😂

Ah naalala KO yan. Dati mura Lang Yan Pg season nya. Ewan KO ngayon Kung dollar na Rin Yung price nya😁. Masarap nga Yan Pg prito.

Nakuuu dati 50, 60 lang kilo nito. Ngayon if not 100 nasa 140. No g isang araw nag 140 yan. Buti kahapon 100 laang. Kagrabi na talaga tinaas ng lahat eh.
