Happy weekend, resting, strolling, at home, away from home, with family or in solitude with lots of health and joy, with lots of well-being.

Tell us about your personal triumph
and how it has applied to your life specifically.

When we attend spaces to prepare ourselves academically we are programmed to be better but almost always towards reasoning, numerical, logical...this makes us become automatons, where one goes we must all go. The creative part is left aside, whoever breaks out of the mold, for example likes music, they are told that path must be left...there begins as an ordeal for those who demonstrate to develop skills in creative areas seems to be a sin.

I grew up with the belief in rote learning to achieve excellent grades, to become a professional to have a better life in quotation marks. The personal triumph was considered to arrive with a degree in the hands in administrative areas, in health as doctors, it seemed that after that came other things that were repeated generation after generation, getting married and other things.

Today this vision has undergone many changes, with the application of certain knowledge that has gone not to the external part of the individual but to go inside himself, work never well seen when minds are traced in a linear way. In these times there are changes, transformations towards that personal part always fulfilling expectations of others, we end up fulfilling the dreams of others and our own were left in the air, with that taste of knowing it is there although I do not enjoy it.

Of course, I was part of these ranks, although inside me there was something orienting me towards other ways of looking at all those academic achievements obtained, of course they are very nice, although the personal complement must be considered. In my life for the last few years it has been to stop fulfilling the expectations of others by looking at myself, I consider serenity as a personal triumph as part of personal well-being. Recognizing myself is a personal triumph. To recognize oneself in all areas, to strengthen those areas that for a while were well covered with the mirage of looking at everything around us with so much security, forgetting our own feelings.
