This weekend, we planned a surprise for our dear friends, Mommy and Daddy, on their wedding anniversary.
We knew how much they loved each other, and we wanted to make their special day even more memorable.
So this Saturday, we bought a beautiful cake, adorned with decorations.
We carefully wrapped it and made our way to their place.
When we arrived, we found them enjoying a quiet evening together.
We rang the doorbell, and when they opened the door, we presented them with the cake.
Their faces lit up with joy.
They were touched by our thoughtful gesture.
We then asked Mommy and Daddy to pose with the anniversary cake, and they happily agreed.
We asked them to gaze into each other's eyes and put their arms around each other — all while holding the cake!
After that, we asked them to recreate their wedding vows.
Daddy said that he promised to love Mommy even when she left the cap off the toothpaste. 😂
While Mommy replied that she also promised to love Daddy even when he snored louder than a chainsaw. 😭
HAHAHAHAHA...
We laughed at their playful vows.
There, I realized how their love seems imperfect but that's what makes it so beautiful.
It makes their love story uniquely theirs.
We love them not despite their imperfections, but because of them.
Hoping their love continues to be imperfectly perfect!
Until our next love story... Buh-bye. 👋✨
