It seems difficult to lose weight when we are surrounded with all of these delicious sugary foods. It does take strong discipline in our daily meal or snacks to remove or lessen the amount of sugar in our food. I admire what you do to reduce sugar intake when preparing your own food. Yes, every time we pass by bakeries or shops selling desserts, they are always hard to resist.

It's difficult, but when your health is compromised, that's when you realize the reality... We should consider unhealthy habits early on...and then we just have to live with the problem.

Sometimes when I'm having a healthy season, I allow myself a few treats...it's about knowing when to stop.
