I feel like life goes by so fast and I'm always missing something. Has that ever happened to you? Gosh! I need to stop for a second.
Lately I realize that I do everything in a rush, that is, I always suffer from anxiety because I need more time to get things done.
Getting ahead because there is electricity and I need to do things at home, getting ahead as much as I can at work, getting ahead on urgent paperwork, getting ahead to fix the only pair of glasses that I accidentally broke, getting ahead FORESEEING as if I were a gypsy fortune teller...getting ahead to gain time, but, thinking about it, it would be much better if I could STOP IT.
Going too fast makes so many things happening around me invisible, and I miss out on all the good and relaxing things I can offer, to the point of forgetting that many of them are foolproof METHODS for STOPPING time, and that, without a doubt, is music. But you already knew that, right? This week, during my hectic endurance run, I found some clues (luckily) that helped me slow down and understand that no, you don't go at that pace through life, because you can "burn out." So, if there is a good rhythm to stop you in your tracks, it's this one by Benson Boone: Beautiful Things... In many ways, I'm grateful to have found this original guy, after believing that current music was riddled with vulgar, facile sound and musical botch jobs. Benson is the hope that good music still exists, and his vocal quality is so overwhelming that it's capable of capturing the attention of audiences of all ages... Many compare his musical style to that of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles... but I don't know why, at certain performances and screenings, his voice sounds so much like a very sweet and manly Freddie Mercury... Am I exaggerating? Another thing that seduces me about this young man is his authenticity, because he breaks with all the established beauty standards that don't force him to look the way the public wants. You only have to look at his mustache and haircut to realize that he feels incredibly good and confident in his physique and personality... But one of the things I like most about his music is the radiant energy he transmits. "Cry" is another of Benson's songs that I love, and I'm bringing you.He really surprises me with some interruptions and vocal twists associated with the impeccable musical rhythm... Would you like to hear it? I swear you won't regret it. Thank you Lord, for putting you in my path this week! I really needed to stop and get some fresh air to slow down my steps. And finally, I suggest a beautiful song by P!NK: Try... but at least, I hadn't missed this one..I save it and keep listening to it every time I need to keep moving forward and not give up, because it gives me a boost and a powerful energy in moments when I need to think and reconsider something important. I know that life is a constant challenge. The circumstances of our lives define the size and intensity of our struggles. And although we occasionally feel like there are too many problems to deal with at once, it's important to understand that this is the moment, the time to STOP time and JUST LISTEN TO YOUR HEARTBEAT TO THE RHYTHM OF THE MUSIC. I hope you liked my three songs for today, and if not, that's okay, it's all a matter of taste...and to choose from, there's the music that makes you dream through life.
A week of blindness awaits me.
Cooking and dancing while cooking is one of the things I enjoy most. What is this I made? They say Okra
It seems like I've been cooking for the weekend all day...😬
Someone who was really in a hurry dropped their bottle of cold water on these hot and hectic mornings.
I've had to scare a couple of animals off my trail...they were slow and I was in a hurry...🙃
Always very grateful for your reading.
