as long as the witnesses signal 20%, the HBD/USDC LP on Polycub will always be at least 20%

Since only half the pool is HBD, wouldn't the minimum be at least 10% APR, not 20%?

        yeah I realized this right after I published and was too lazy to change it. Pretty good chance it doesn't go less than 20% regardless.
