the comments mainly yeah, they get curated by 2 users and then they get liquidated with @nomnomnomnom for no fee - so author reward pool.

some communities may but as you can see by the embeds in the redditposh comments most seem fine and sharers have started learning the ropes to bring it in front of the right audiences.
I'm all for giving it a go, I do spread my UX content on FB and X but to be honest I get more feedback here (probably for the wrong reasons).
The more exposure the better to our insulated world.
