RE: Has LEO token reached a bottom?

in LeoFinance13 days ago

As much as they are doing, I still can't bank on the future price of a micro-cap second layer token. This said by someone who runs two micro-cap projects, lol. My play with LEO is to support them and the ecosystem by having a couple of thousand staked for some LEO power, but I like delegating HP to leo.voter and earning the daily yield while helping build more HP voting power for the community which helps with things like DHF proposal voting as well as post upvotes. I then sell the LEO into HBD or HIVE depending on the market and either staked into savings, used on the layer 1 HIVE/HBD exchange to provide market liquidity, or powered up into more HIVE Power that I then delegate to leo.voter, lol. It's generally a rotation between those 3 functions.

I agree on the L2 sentiment. Being on Hive L2 is limiting our growth potential. The future of the LEO token is migrating core operations to Arbitrum

Hive’s L2 (hive engine) will become a wrapped version of LEO. While “main LEO” is on Arbitrum

We already have a presence on Arbitrum and that presence is growing

Will there be a LEO/USDC pool on Uniswap or anything like that in the future so EVM based aggregators can access it's liquidity? I have ARB LEO setup to trade on Logicswap, but there isn't a pool in the EVM system to use. Maybe we can work together to make that happen in the future.

There’s no need for them

You can already trade arb.leo with nearly any main asset (ETH, USDC, Arbitrum USDC, USDT, BTC….)

Adding LEO to crosschain DEXes removed the need for future pools. Any EVM aggregator that isn’t aggregating crosschain pools yet will be in the future

Yeah, that makes sense then.

Being on Hive L2 is limiting our growth potential.

On this, I assume you mean specifically as per the future of LEO correct?

I have only been here 2 years but I feel confident with investing and growing our Hive community.

The future of the LEO token is migrating core operations to Arbitrum

This part is an area that I am slowly learning more about. As much as it can help expand future growth for LEO it does come with some additional risk.

Thank you very much. !LUV the feedback.

I hear ya. Not easy but doable.

I have delegated in the pass to leo.voter but I was not satisfied with the result and with the price declning and higher third party risks I moved the funds to another project that was more likely to give positive returns going forward.

Thanks again for sharing your strategy. It will help in making my LEO journey more rewarding.

I hear yeah. Gotta do what's best for your money. I am just kind of laser focused on what I am working with at this point and not looking to diversify anymore. I look at it like a DCA kind of situation. I treat DOGE the same way I treat LEO. When I say that, I mean that I have DOGE miners that I run at home, and I use that DOGE to get more Monero or I bring it into my Hive ecosystem. Just depends on how I am feeling that day, lol.
