I talk a lot about the automotive industry. As a part of that, I deal with the "computer on wheels" concept.
However, this is just a small piece of the situation.
In this video I discuss how we are dealing with a convergence of sorts with hardward and software as being a part of all these items. Whether it is a vehicle, humanoid bot, plane, or machine on the assembly line, they all will be "robots".

Wow you are right meaning an EV with software/AI inside of it can be considered as part of Robotics and even called a robot perhaps people do not cite them as such cause human drivers are driving these EVs may be they think if there are Ev's that run on their own perhaps very interesting concept that you explained cause I never thought of it.
Yeah. They are all blending together. When you think robot, it takes on different meaning these days.
People will try to deny it, but it is the expected outcome. There is more precision and accuracy with robots. They are able to think, compute, and make decisions faster than a human can. I think what we should do is to try and put our focus on what we need to do afterwards. Find the cure for cancer and other illnesses. Prepare to make living possible in this robotics world. Identify ways on how we can improve the data being fed to the robots.
