Some believe inference compute is an even bigger bottleneck since the compute will be even higher than training. This is all tied to energy requirements, which are already facing massive pushed in demand over the next half decade.

You brought up a lot of good points. Compute is going to be necessary in almost every facet of the industry's future. I expect almost all technology to have a computer, and eventually connected to AI. This requires a lot of power. A lot are looking at tapping into wasted energy, and others are adding more renewable energy. Whatever the case, it seems both compute and energy are going to go hand in hand moving forward.

I am surprised why the big gpu guys like AMD or Intel are not selling these GPUS like Nvidia to these big companies that are looking for computing power.
