Russia is looking for ways around the sanctions put on it by the West. This is something that technology is allowing it to do.

Russia has somehow managed to leverage technology to bypass Western sanctions.
In the end, the sanctions led to a change for the better in the negative stance of the Russian government. The adoption by the countries continues to progress.
It will be interesting to see who will/can they trade with. I'm guessing the countries that are with them in BRICS. I am curious to see how the US and other countries react to this move. Will they sanction other countries that use and trade with Russia using this new method?
