It is a forecast, not a reality today. So yeah, we will have to see in time.
Tesla has to solve autonomy first. If they dont do that, it is a wasted discussion.
O.O I believe they are capable of solving it. they have a lot of money to spend to make it happen and if they can't make it happen with the money they have that is a shame.
Money is important but one piece of the puzzle. It comes down to compute (which does take money) and data. The latter cannot be bought.
