Customer satisfaction is one of the main thing in any business leading. So from scratch if the quality is good, peoples go for it. But if supposing the name is lost then their business is lost for once and all. Now, peoples rely more on online shopping rather than live purchasing. Because most online shopping we get the same product with a reduction.
