Interesting... Are all of these liquidity pools, mini-miners and layer two Hive tokens really worth the trouble? I am focusing on Hive for now. Maybe you can have a series of posts about all of theses things and how they are a better opportunity than focusing on Hive Power / Curation and Author rewards?

Yes, these layer two things can definitely be worth the trouble, but focusing on Hive is always a good idea. In fact, these layer two tokens and their systems can aid your Hive works, as some of these tokens pay out Hive as dividend, which you then can use to power up, and grow your Hive account. That's basically the reason I got into these layer two things, to support my HP growth (next to creating good content, which is still the Nr1 for HP growth).

I should definitely get more into layer two, there is just too much on my plate, couple weeks ago launched my Hive Witness, got a promotion at work on Monday, launched my SPS validator node yesterday still working on it and looks like I will have to sell my house this spring so have to prepare it for the market.
Yup! That's having a lot on your plate!!! Hope selling your house is because you're moving to a nicer place, so not for negative reasons?
Right, indeed, you have your Hive witness node as well :-D I still need to finish my work on that :-) I had some issues with it catching up, then lost track due to other priorities.
As for the layer two, you can start by getting some income tokens, such as "Income" or "BXT", the more you have of those, the more Hive they pay you. BBH/BBHO is also a nice one to own, and DUO as well (but you need a lot of them)
