I remember a time when summoners' scarcity was a bottleneck in the game. It's not the same anymore, but it's always a good idea to have some leveled-up summoners, even if they don't look like much at first.

That's included in my plan. So far now, the highest Summoner I have is a level 3 Quix the Devious. Once I achieve my SPS goal in two accounts and have some competitive cards, that's the time, I will start upgrading CL summoners.
