Perfect fries

A Belgian technology company called Polysense has created an AI powered tool that trains itself and selects the best and equal coloured or cut fries to create a pack of perfectly fried, cut and coloured fries.

It sounds completely nuts but apparently restaurants and chefs are looking for fries that look and taste exactly the same.

I find it completely nuts as I like things a bit off. Everything that looks too clean isn’t what I am looking for. Especially in food…

        No thanks for me too! It looks too perfect which means there's probably no natural aspect or aliveness to it. Why consume nothing when I can eat something?
