I guess this is why not everyone can be a CEO or leader of a big company. A lot of people don't have a vision of a company's future. They are usually content with what works. But the world of business is cutthroat, and stagnating is one of the worst things one can do. Tesla continuously trying to improve and innovate sets itself up for success in the long run by doing so.
