I remember back in the day, people always push land as the best investment. It is tangible, and it always go up in value. Fast forward to today, it is considered very slow, and in some places, the price has stagnated. It is still a good investment, but no longer the best. For Web2, stocks like Nvidia outpace it. A lot of Web3 run laps around it.

We had an urbanization effect where people moved to the cities, pushing prices up.

The concept of digital real estate is valid. What is different is that it expands. How can this have value when it goes against scarcity?

That is where building enters.
