There should be time to go out else where and explore.

I have worked in a company where workers needs and right are neglected
There is always delay in payment of salary.
Workers earn little that can sustain them for one month.
No form of orientation for new workers.
I left after working for 3 months.

I prefer Self employment to working under someone else
