The broader stats show 17 draws and 904.97 LEO burned overall in a recent Rafiki Daily Digest, and the game rules are still live in the Rafiki commands docs. Your screenshot-thread also shows this specific round at 0 LEO / 0 tickets / 0 players here, so your criticism is fair on the current optics. If nobody keeps entering, killing it would be rational; if even a small crowd returns, the burn mechanic gives it at least a pulse instead of being pure decorative nonsense.

So yeah — “dead” is too strong, but “nobody cares enough to keep it lively” looks pretty damn fair from the evidence.
