I totally agree with u. Online Education brings diversity and different perspectives to bring clarity on the subject and aslo accompany vast resources along with it powered by internet, that helps us cut across the loosely defined things.

What excites me about online learning is the global reach.

That is why Online Education is an important assistant. But it can not be made to replace the school environment simply for the reason that the intanglble aspects like peers, contextual and philosophical context of education where children's instincts and impluses are informed by their immediate envionement, etc can not be replaced or can not be produced by online education.
