That is quite a few fees in the rentals. Is it the listing fee and updating of fees that generate most of the expenses there?

        The transition to season rentals appears to be generating inaccurate DEC yields but I have not fully dived into the reason why the discrepancies. In any case even in season rentals there are peakmonsters fees and burn rental fees. It adds up if one rents out a lot of cards at 1 DEC/day.
